Superintendent

  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner and create and maintain excellent rapport and relationships with architects and owners.
  • Have a strong understanding on reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Possess demonstrated experience in Wall layout.
  • Skilled in material management.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure performance and scheduled milestones are met.
  • Ability to focus and maintain quality control for all projects.
  • Conduct and attend various meetings (trades meetings, pull meetings, pre-installation meetings).
  • Assist and inform the PM when RFI’s or CO’s are necessary and track / inform the subcontractors of responses and approvals.
  • Maintain strong focus on familiarizing, adhering, and enforcing safety regulations to create safe and accident free work environment.
  • Strong background in project budgeting and forecasting.
  • Obtain invoice approval.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license.
  • Good interpersonal skills with customer-service orientation as well as ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Technologically savvy.
  • Work the hours necessary to achieve the best results within the given time constraints of the construction schedule.
  • Willingness to travel.

Assistant Superintendent
