Superintendent
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner and create and maintain excellent rapport and relationships with architects and owners.
- Have a strong understanding on reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Possess demonstrated experience in Wall layout.
- Skilled in material management.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure performance and scheduled milestones are met.
- Ability to focus and maintain quality control for all projects.
- Conduct and attend various meetings (trades meetings, pull meetings, pre-installation meetings).
- Assist and inform the PM when RFI’s or CO’s are necessary and track / inform the subcontractors of responses and approvals.
- Maintain strong focus on familiarizing, adhering, and enforcing safety regulations to create safe and accident free work environment.
- Strong background in project budgeting and forecasting.
- Obtain invoice approval.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Must possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license.
- Good interpersonal skills with customer-service orientation as well as ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Technologically savvy.
- Work the hours necessary to achieve the best results within the given time constraints of the construction schedule.
- Willingness to travel.
Assistant Superintendent
